So I recommend having fun, because there is nothing better for people in this world than to eat, drink, and enjoy life. That way they will experience some happiness along with all the hard work God gives them under the sun.

Entrees

Chicken Lasagna. Layers of lasagna noodles, slow cooked chicken, green pepper, garlic, cheese and cream sauce. Served with a side salad or soup and fresh bread. This is my most popular chicken dish. It's simple, but everyone seems to love it. $12 per person

Sherry marinated chicken breast. Chicken breasts marinated then seared on the grill and finished in the oven. Seasonal vegetables are served on the side with buttered parsley potatoes. $14 per person

Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic served with rice pilaf, seasonal vegetables and side salad or soup with fresh bread - incredibly tender chicken slow cooked with garlic cloves and white wine. This is not an over powering dish. $14 per person

Chicken Piccata over a bed of pasta and broccoli, side salad or soup and homemade artisan bread - chicken breast is cut thin then lightly breaded, sautéed, and braised in a lemon and caper sauce. $15

Turkey or Beef Osso Bucco with creamy polenta served with side salad or soup and fresh bread - tender turkey slow simmered with carrot and onion in a tomato base, then served over creamy polenta. The ultimate comfort food. $15 per person

Mustard seared roast Pork Loin with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, side salad or soup and fresh bread - the loin is smothered in a mustard sauce, seared on the grill and finished in the oven. $14 per person

Dolmades with orzo and seasonal vegetables with side salad or soup and fresh bread - lamb and pork stuffed grape leaves, which are slow cooked and served with Greek pasta granules (orzo) and seasonal vegetables. $17 per person

Garlic infused Prime Rib with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, side salad or soup and fresh bread - the roast is encrusted with Kosher salt and minced garlic, then slow roasted to perfection. $25 per person

Beef Wellington with parsley potatoes, seasonal vegetables, side salad or soup and fresh bread - filet of beef wrapped in mushroom duxelle and puff pastry, served medium rare. $35 per person

Beef Tenderloin Medallions with garlic mashed potatoes, Italian green beans, salad or soup and homemade bread. The filet section of beef is seared, roasted, sliced thin and drizzled with a delicious pan sauce. $30 per person.

Sherry marinated Mahi Mahi with fruit salsa, sticky rice, side salad or soup and fresh bread - this hearty white flaky fish is marinated and grilled. Even people that don't prefer fish seem to like this dish. $18 per person

Beef Bourguignon; tender chunks of beef slow cooked in a red wine tomato sauce with carrot and mushroom, served over creamy polenta, with side salad or soup and fresh bread. $16 per person

Seafood Imperial served with carrot rice pilaf, seasonal vegetables, side salad or soup and fresh bread. A filet of whatever whitefish I can get for the season (Swai, flounder, cod) topped with a crab cake mixture, then finished in the oven. $20 per person

Alternately, if you would like a bit of variety for your guests I can set up a buffet of two meats, potato, vegetable, salad or soup and fresh bread for $17 per person, or add $3 to the higher priced meat of the two. Or, prime rib buffet with either pork or chicken and sides for $27.
