Ordering We appreciate the maximum advance notice possible on all orders. Normally 2 weeks in advance would be required, although we will try to comply with orders placed after this time frame. Pricing Due to our location, the middle of the Pacific, some items may vary in availability. As always, we will try to do our best to provide while keeping the cost down when possible. The pricing of an order is determined by current market price and seasonal variation. Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be mode not less than 72 hours of an order. Due to this complexity of custom tailored orders we will have to pass on our charges to compensate for our loss of items and labor that have been accrued if the cancellation terms are not met. Billing Payment will be due in full on the day of the event. We may require a down payment with the balance due on the day of the event.
